All of these terms of use are material. Upon any breach by you of any such term, your right to access, download and otherwise use this site, all materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof shall immediately terminate.
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Just For You Bridal Ltd. You may terminate this agreement at any time. Just For You Bridal Ltd also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the website, if in Just For You Bridal Ltd sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon any termination of the agreement by either you or Just For You Bridal Ltd, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
OTHER
If any of these terms of use is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term shall be deemed severable from the other terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between Just For You Bridal Ltd, the site and you relating to the subject matter herein. Just For You Bridal Ltd shall have the right to change or modify these terms of use at any time.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
ORDERS
Orders can be placed through our website shopping cart or by calling us at (0044) 1179428900. All contact information and items being purchase must be correct because we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will begin processing your order as soon as possible, order are not complete until you receive a notification email from a member of our staff with the availability and delivery details. Orders are only processed during business hours. We will never charge your credit card unless we can fill your order by your wear date.
We communicate with our customers via email concerning their order status so it's VERY important that the email you gave us is correct, in use, and that you check it often. In the event that there is any type of emergency, or if we need further clarification regarding something in your order we will call you at the phone number you supplied on your order form. If you need to correct yours or if you haven't received an email from us within 24-48 hours confirming your order, please call us at (0044) 1179428900!
You are able to check the status of your order on-line at "Order Status" or by phone. NOTE: We recommend checking back often because if there is a problem or cancellation with your order we will note that here.
Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Contact us immediately following the submission of an order if there is a problem or if you have a change request. If it has not been processed or shipped we will do our best to help. Please have your order number ready when calling. Duplicate orders will be verified before they are processed.
Orders placed for items with incorrect or inaccurate information may not be honoured and may be refused or cancelled regardless of confirmation or credit card charges. If a card has been charged, the customer shall be credited for the full amount of the charge. Should this happen for an ordered item, the customer will be notified immediately and the customer always has the option to reorder the item at the corrected price or with corrected information.
SALES AND COUPONS
We are happy to offer you discounts and sales on our merchandise whenever possible; however we can only offer the sale prices as listed at the time they are listed. We can not reimburse you for previously purchased items that are presently on sale or that may go on sale in the future. Just For You Bridal Ltd reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. We can not reimburse you for the amount of a coupon on previously purchased items. Coupons are only valid for the dollar amount or percentage as stated, prior to the expiration date stated.
CANCELLATIONS
As stated clearly throughout our website we do NOT allow cancellations. Orders that have been processed can not be cancelled and will not be refunded. Because orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible we can not allow a cancellation period. Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. However, if you are able to contact us immediately following the submission of an order, before it is processed & shipped, we will do our best to help you with any cancellation issues.
Just For You Bridal Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Orders are often cancelled if they can not be filled as requested in time for the wear date or if an item is no longer available for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to the email listed on the order in the event that your order is cancelled. "Cancelled" will also be noted in the estimated ship date section of your online orders status. Credit cards will not be charged for cancelled orders.
INVENTORY
Many items on this website are special order only, as stated throughout, and are not stocked in our store. In stock items will be noted below the item description/options on the product webpage with the message: "Or, add one of these that are ready to ship today!" Only those specific selections below the message are available. All others, must be special ordered from the manufacturer and require additional production, delivery, and shipping time.
Inventory can change everyday, every hour, and even every minute during our peak season. We keep our inventory and website as updated as possible, and although we apologize for the inconvenience, we are not responsible for items that are no longer available and can not guarantee the item you want will be available at the time you order it, in time for your wear date, or at all.
AVAILABILITY/ DELIVERY TIME
Product availability can be checked on-line, by sending us an email at "Contact Us", by email at: info@Justforyoubridal.co.uk or call us at (0044) 1179428900 with your style numbers, size, colours and wear date/ event date. We will check our stock and the manufacturer's stock, if necessary, and tell you when the dress you want can be delivered to you.
If you place an order we will notify you of the availability and delivery time after it is processed. We will not charge your card unless the dress you ordered is available for your wear date.
In-stock dresses take about 4-12 business days to get to you. Dresses that are not in-stock in our store, but with the manufacturer can take anywhere from 3-12 business days to get to you. Dresses that are not in-stock at our store or at the manufacturer and are specially ordered can take anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on the on the production time. See more specific explanations below.
1. If we have the dress in-stock in our store: This means we have the dress you want, in your size and colour, hanging in our store! We will ship it to you within 24-48 hours.
2. If it is in-stock with the manufacturer (Special Order): If we don't have the dress in-stock in our store we will immediately check with our manufacturer to see about special ordering the dress you want. If they have the dress in your size and colour hanging on their racks they will ship it out to us within 1-6 days (this depends on the season and how backed up the manufacturer is). After we receive it in our store we ship it out to you the same day!
3. If it is NOT in-stock in our store or with the manufacturer (Special order): If the dress you want is sold out, both in our store and with the manufacturer, we will ask the manufacturer for the next available ship date for a special order. They will give us a date (anywhere from a few days to several weeks) that the dress you want, in your size and colour, will be available to ship, according to its production time. As soon as they make/receive the dress, they will ship it to our store within the quoted time. After we receive it in our store we ship it out to you within 48 hours!
The above answers are generally from prom dresses, but can also apply to other dresses, shoes and accessories. Here are some more important guidelines for those items that are almost ALWAYS especially made-to-order for you:
" Bridal gowns: Generally take 16-20 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery/production (10-12 weeks) is often available for an additional charge. (Occasionally the style, size and colour you need is in stock at our store or with the manufacturer and can reach you in as little as a week or two, but this is rare, so let us know if you have availability questions regarding specific items.)
" Bridesmaid gowns: Generally take 12-16 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery/production (6-10 weeks) is often available for an additional charge. (Occasionally the style, size and colour you need is in stock at our store or with the manufacturer and can reach you in as little as a week or two, but this is rare, so let us know if you have availability questions regarding specific items.)
We cannot drop ship items from the manufacturer to you! This is a strict policy enforced by all of our suppliers to protect the integrity of their retail stores, so it's important to plan ahead so that there is plenty of time for your dress to be delivered to you.
Every order, for every dress, for every event date is different! These basic guidelines can change based on the situation.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We often change or update the items offered on our site as well as the options and details associated with those items. We cannot guarantee that an item displayed during a previous visit will be available when you visit again. Discontinued styles, colours, sizes, etc. will be removed (or noted on the product) as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the website and its contents without prior notice.
Just For You Bridal Ltd strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, availability and delivery options, links, pricing and any other item-related information contained in or referenced on our website. Due to due to typographical error, human error, incorrect or updated information received from our manufacturers, or other determinates, we cannot guarantee all item-related information is entirely accurate, complete or current and Just For You Bridal Ltd cannot assume responsibility for these errors. In the event of an error in an item's description, pictures, availability or delivery options, pricing, etc. due to typographical error, human error, incorrect or updated information received from our manufacturers, or other determinates, Just For You Bridal Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for these items and immediately correct and/ or remove the information.

In order to ensure that all item information is as accurate as possible, we make our best effort to keep information updated and correct. Unfortunately there are many factors, including the manufacturers that supply our products, that determine and contribute to our listed information and occasionally these factors could cause information to become outdated or incorrect without our immediate knowledge. We rely on our manufacturers to inform us of any changes to their products, but currently have no way of alerting customers of them prior to purchase if the manufacturer fails to inform us. Consequently, Just For You Bridal Ltd will not be held responsible for item revisions/ changes. Be assured that we will make any and all necessary revisions/ changes to items when we receive necessary information to do so.
All items on our website are for sale. We do not rent dresses, shoes, accessories, etc.
MEASURING/ FIT
You, the customer, always have the final decision on all sizing matters. We will help you determine the best size for you at your request, but you always choose the size. Dresses generally run smaller than regular clothing and each designer/ manufacturer goes by their own size chart. It is the responsibility of the customer to account for these things when choosing their size. Measure first--then determine your size from the size charts listed on each page of dresses. Order the size that comes closest to your measurements. If between sizes, choose the larger size as it is always easier to alter the dress down than to let it out. Most dresses are made to fit people 5'6" - 5'9". Measuring instructions and fitting information can be found on our website.
Most customers need alterations to make dresses fit correctly. Alterations must be done locally; it is not possible to alter garments for internet orders.
PAYMENT
Just For You Bridal Ltd accepts all major credit cards and debit cards--Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Delta. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, but will cause a delay in your order processing. Dresses CANNOT be "held" or reserved while awaiting payment by check or money order.
Your credit or debit card will only be authorized for the amount of the purchase at the time you place your order. This is to assure us that your funds are available so that we can begin processing your order. If we are then able to fill your order as requested in time for your wear date/ event we will then charge the full amount to your card. However, if we are not able to fill your order, your card will NOT be charged and you will be notified via email with the details.
Personal checks should be mailed to us at the time the order is placed. Once we receive the check we will submit it to our bank for clearance. After the check has cleared with our bank, we will then process your order. Orders will NOT be processed, ordered, or shipped until personal checks have cleared.
Money orders should be mailed to us at the time the order is placed according to instructions on the screen. Once we receive the money order we will process your order. Orders will NOT be processed, ordered, or shipped until money orders are received. Please remember that you submit a money order at your own risk and that they will cause a delay in processing your order. We are not responsible for problems that may occur in shipping/mailing!
If the dress you ordered is not available and we are unable to find an acceptable alternative for you we will issue you a refund check for the full amount of the purchase. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive this. We are not responsible for problems (including loss or delivery problems) that may occur in mailing of refund checks. Should you not receive your check within 4 weeks we will reissue you another for the full amount minus a £25.00 stop payment fee for the original check.

CUSTOMS FEES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not charge any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your countries tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Just For You Bridal Ltd is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. All packages will be insured.
If duties/customs fees are not paid by customer on entry to a destination country, or the merchandise is refused, Just For You Bridal Ltd reserves the right to charge for fees incurred to ship the product back to our facility in Bristol, England.
Just For You Bridal Ltd reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event that a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund. On international ships, delays may occur that are beyond our control caused by such factors as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions and custom services. Just For You Bridal Ltd is not responsible for these delays, should they occur.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES - DRESSES
As stated clearly throughout our website, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our special occasion/order items - dresses. All dress sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to incorrectly ordered items, dislike of style, fit, or colour, cancellation or event or any other reason.
Our manufacturers do not accept our returns on items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e.: incorrect item is delivered, delivered past wear date, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.). Therefore, we may only accept returns or exchanges from our customers under the same conditions. If this should happen, please accept our apology and notify us within 3 business days of the problem so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible.
Our return policy is very strict so that we may continue to offer you competitive prices on quality merchandise. It is your responsibility, when placing an order, to understand and abide by this policy.
RETURN DRESS FOR RE-INSPECTION
We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and colour that you ordered, free of damage or defect and will reach you before your wear date. However, if we fail to do so, we will be happy to accept your return for re-inspection.
Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e.: incorrect item is delivered, delivered past wear date, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.), they CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. If the dress you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered we will accept a return for re-inspection in order to assess the problem and determine the best way to correct it. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odours (i.e.: smoke). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In order to return your dress for re-inspection, we ask that you carefully follow these return instructions:
--Notify a member of our staff about the problem with your order within 3 days of the order being delivered to you. If your item is eligible for re-inspection, you will receive a Return Authorisation number that will allow you to return the dress to us for re-inspection. Call us at (0044)1179428900 or email us at: info@justforyoubridal.co.uk. Return Authorisations are required for all packages to be received by our shipping department.
--A dress that you wish to return for re-inspection must be shipped back to our store a courier company and be received within 10 business days from time the package was delivered to your shipping address. The dress MUST be shipped before the wear date as submitted on your order. (If your wear date is less than 10 days away, you are still given 10 days to get the package back to us, but it must be shipped from you before the wear date.) Refunds will not be credited or replacements/ repairs will not be made if we do not receive your return within 10 business days from the day the package was delivered to you, no exceptions.
--Include a copy of your invoice. Please note any comments or information (i.e.: your measurements, sales assistants name, description of problem, etc.) that will help us to process your order faster.
--The dress must be in excellent, unworn condition, packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging. We are not responsible for damages or loss that may occur in return shipping to our store. Should the dress return in damaged condition, due to inadequate shipping packaging or method, you will not be refunded.
--Please write the Return Authorisation number, given to you by a member of our staff, clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorisation will NOT be accepted by our shipping department and refunds will not be credited or replacements/ repairs will not be issued for the items in them.
--Upon receiving the dress within 10 days from the date it was delivered to you, we will inspect it to see that it is in perfect, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery and that it is not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and is free of offensive odours (i.e.: smoke). We will then inspect your item, check the colour, measure for size accuracy, etc. as necessary concerning the particular problem with your order.
--If we find that your item is, in fact, incorrect or defective we will inform the manufacturer of the problem and you will be issued a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. We will notify you of the repair/replacement details and confirm that they will work within your time constraints. If time does not allow for the corrected item to reach you before your wear date, you will be given the option to exchange or return the item for a full refund, including return shipping costs. Returns will only be allowed for those dresses that cannot easily and quickly be repaired or replaced. If a refund is in order, we will credit the amount of the purchase, as well as return shipping costs to us, to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-4 weeks, from the time we receive your return, for the credit to appear on your statement. If you paid with a check or money order, a check will be issued to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of check or money order. If you choose to exchange the dress, we will process your new order (including price adjustments, if any) and notify you of the availability and delivery details.
----If we find that your item is correct and has no flaws we will return the item to you at your expense. You will not be reimbursed for any purchase costs and/or shipping costs, and will be charged the additional shipping fees to return the item to you.
-In the event of a rare conditional circumstance, we may choose to approve a return or exchange on an item that is not flawed. If so, we will accept the return for refund of the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee or an exchange for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Such circumstances must be approved via telephone by a member of our staff based on the situation. We always refuse the right to accept returns or exchanges on items that were correct and not damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e.: incorrect item is delivered, delivered past wear date, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.).
It is very important that theses steps be followed precisely in order to receive your available refund or replacement. If these guidelines are not followed no credit or exchange will be issued, no exceptions.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES - SHOES
Unless otherwise stated, shoes can be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a £15.00 restocking fee. They must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition. They must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odours (i.e.: smoke). Dyed shoes cannot be returned. Shoes must be shipped back before the wear date submitted with order. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees. In order to receive credit for your return we ask that you carefully follow the instructions below (which will also be included in your package). If these guidelines are not followed no credit or exchange will be issued, no exceptions.
--Shoes that you wish to return must be shipped back to our store via a courier and received within 10 business days from time the package was delivered to your shipping address. Shoes MUST be shipped before the wear date as submitted on your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of check or money order.
--If you have selected an exchange we will process your new order (including any price adjustments that apply) and notify you of the availability and delivery details. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to exchange orders.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES - ACCESSORIES
Unless otherwise stated, accessories CAN be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a £10.00 restocking fee. They must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition. They must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odours (i.e.: smoke). Special order name bracelets may NOT be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on special order name bracelets. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees. In order to receive credit for your return we ask that you carefully follow the accessory return instructions below (which will also be included in your package).
--Accessories that you wish to return must be shipped back to our store via a courier and received within 10 business days from time the package was delivered to your shipping address. Accessories MUST be shipped before the wear date as submitted on your order. (If your wear date is less than 10 days away, you are still given 10 days to get the package back to us, but it must be shipped from you before the wear date.)
